That's a hefty set of criteria. I think the points about external users and low account administration are very 
difficult. You will probably be looking for something like an SSL-protected website that allows FTP/uploads. But you 
will almost surely either have to pay money for, code something inhouse, or deal with account administration. If you 
have the in-house developer staff, it might be fun to create this solution and maybe even have ad-hoc account creation 
on-demand, and timed destruction of them...

Are there any good solutions for secure file transfer in a corporate environment.

This should also cater for:

1. Secure transferring of large files which cannot be emailed.

2. Allow the tranfer of these files to people on the internet.

3. There should be very little administration of accounts.

4. It should be assumed that the files are of a sensitive nature.

What are the best practices for this and the security implications?
