TCP (Transmission Control) has the ability to actually control the
packet-flow.
It guaranties that the requested data will arrive at targethost.
UDP is not that reliable and i think in most cases "secure" means reliable.
On the other-hand it is easier to spoof some uncontrolled packet-flow with
now state-validation and all those tcp options.
