WSUS for workstations (3.0) to install updates
WSUS for servers only to get reporting on updates (3.0 has wonderful
reporting!)
Patchlink for Server patch installs

Works like a charm

Currently, since we ar a 'Windows' shop, we use WSUS. However, we have
been looking at Shavlik's product. I did demo the Patchlink product and
while it was very good, the yearly maintenance was pretty high.
