So you'd force them to incriminate themselves? That's more
unconstitutional than baning encryption.

well atleast encryption will remain legal for NON-malicious use and
pedophiles will be behind bars.

Why not have the culprit prove his innocence while you're already at
wrecking/perverting the legal system?
