http://www.sans.edu also has a MS program in info security. I haven't
gone through the program, but the instructors are really good. I know
two of them (Dr. Cole, and Marcus Sachs) personally, and they are the
best in the field of teaching.

Plus SANS has established its name in security field. However this is
NOT a online course. But can be completed where ever SANS holds
sessions.
