Sorry to hear that your having to go through this. One thought that I had that has not been mentioned yet is to let the parents know how to use the Parental Controls and logs for whatever equipment they may have. Below are links for linksys and netgear support pages and I just put in Parental Controls and got several good docs back. May not help this time per se unless it is already turned and you never know someone may have it already turned on and forgotten about it.
