Have you checked the music to see if it matches any local AM Radio station. This could be the source of the music.

It only takes a strong AM signal, a semiconductor junction (Diode or Transistor) and perhaps a tuned circuit to detect 
(make audible) an AM radio signal (just think crystal set. 

It is likely that only one phone is resposible for injecting the sound. Poor grounding and or poor sheilding would b a 
factor. Trouble shooting would consist of getting the misic again and then listening for it to disappear as individual 
phones are disconnected.  If one phone is the problem source, try replacing it with one known to work fine elsewhere, 
etc.
