My suggestion to you is loose the SUS, go to an application like LANguard this is very convenient for patch analysis and distribution, among many other options without the user intervention. My question has to do with the installation of these updates. Most of my users are local admins (I know I do not need the lecture on how bad that is). To top it off while the updates get downloaded to their computers, they are not responding to the prompts to install the updates. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get the updates installed. Removing the local admin rights is not an option right now. -- Raoul Armfield Support Specialist IT-Call Center armfield at amnh dot org American Museum of Natural History Central Park West at 79th Street New York, New York 10024-5192 (212) 313-7258 5152 1277 A04B 04C2 BBE4 3EE8 8369 3541 8B93 42DA ------------------------------------------------------------------------ --- Earn your MS in Information Security ONLINE Organizations worldwide are in need of highly qualified information security professionals.
