What? I didn't understand what you tried to say...

Yes. There is only one public key to a private key. If you have the public key from someone, you can not obtain the 
private key, and vice-versa.

Cipher text = (Clean text ^ private key) modulum n, n is obtained by calculus above two big(gigant) prime numbers and 
Euler functions...

To decript,
Clean Text = (Cipher text^public key) modulum n.
