that true ssl ftp server and stunnel are 2 different things 

stunnel will provide a wrapper around plane text protocals like telnet and ftp and make encrypt it.
and ssl ftp server sftp server 

just have a look at stunnel.org/faq or stunnel.org/examples for more info

I've just joined the list, so I may be over my head, but ipswitch.com has an SSL FTP server w/128 bit encryption.  
There's a trial version for free, but then again this may not be robust enough for your situation.  I've had it up and 
running now for about 1 week.  Only problem I had was with the firewall,  I also had to open up port 900? for the 
implicit ssl.

to the best of my knowledge the stunnel will work for only single socket protocols like http, smtp etc not for ftp 
which has 2 sockets, data and control

but you may use a ssh tool ie scp for doing this sort of things 

there are some sftp servers avilabe on the market - you could use them if you want - but scp is much eaiser to use and 
administer
