The "Ultimate Boot CD", available from http://www.ultimatebootcd.com has
an NT/2000/XP/2003 password reset utility that works well.  It uses the
"Offline NT Password & Registry Editor, Bootdisk / CD" from
http://home.eunet.no/~pnordahl/ntpasswd/bootdisk.html .  The CD has many
other useful utilities as well...

To give you more specific information, the name of the linux bootdisk
file
is 'bd040116' this can be loaded onto a floppy. THe program allows you
to
reset/change your password without knowing it. If you've had problems
with
booting this file on a floopy(like I've had before) you could use a
similiar
file that boots from the cd instead called "cd040116". Hope this
helps.

Search google.  There is a download you can get and install on a
floppy
disk.  It boots up a small version of linux and allows you to
over-right
the windows local passwords be replacing the whole hash.

I am very sorry for stupid question but I need help from you.
How can I restore Administrator password in OS Microsoft Windows 2000
Server. This server is not any domain controler. It is installed as
Standalone.
Do you know any procedure how reset password? I have access to the
server only physical. I can not login there because I do not know
Administrator password (company changed Administrator guy who not told
password for
Administrator)
