Check out http://www.drivecrypt.com. Specifically Drive Crypt Plus Pack.

It won't do auth against the NT user/pass but I don't think you'll find a 
product that will. I've only heard of two products which can do full disk
encryption. DriveCrypt is one of them, I can't remember the other.
