You asked for "anyway", so here is one: You set up a FreeBSD-Box as gateway and use ipfw + dummynet for firewalling and trafficshaping. Google should help you to find documents about that. Sure, not the easiest way to do that, but it is reliable and cheap. Depends on your knowledge (or the one of somebody who would do that for you) if this is a possible way to go.
