uhm, personly I believe file://c:/con/con will work. Will try later! That
the computer didn't reboot in your case doesn't say much, the bug seems to
have different effect every time you run it ;-)

(most common effects: system hangs after a while, bsod, program
termination window complaining about VFAT, etc etc)

Just tested it! Netscape 'is vulnerable', explorer seems to be more or
less 'not vulnerable'. I noticed you could hang explorer for a few seconds
using file://c:/aux/aux (but not by con/con, weird huh?), but it never had
any serious effects. Possibly they use quite different APIs for file
access.

(no flames please, I'm aware the bug isn't in the browsers!)
