You don't.

You modify wiretap/libpcap.c in Wireshark to map a DLT value of 199 to 
WTAP_ENCAP_IPMB.  (Wireshark doesn't use DLT_ values in its 
libpcap-reading code, so that it can handle DLT_ values that aren't 
defined in the libpcap header files on the system on which it's being 
built.)
