couple of things you can do, first use 
tcpdump -i eth1 -n 
to see if you are getting any traffic on that
interface.

Than you can go to /var/log/snort and see if snort is
logging anything there, if it is there might be an
issue with your database. 

You can also go to acid machine and manually log in
your database and see if there is any data in your
database.
