errno: 145 in acid

I hav the next error when opening acid:

Database ERROR:Can't open file: 'event.MYD'. (errno: 145)


I saw that error after seeing snort take 100% cpu again.

Any hint to recover from this ??, it seem like a table erased, could
be??
