Cody, My advice stems from listening to about 40 hours of podcasts a week. Most of them are very experienced but I'll frequently try new podcasts to broaden my horizons. Regardless of the content, I will usually unsubscribe from a podcast for the following reasons: - Poor audio quality, i.e. unbalanced, unequalized, wide volume changes - Host talks about a particular subject for too long and doesn't keep the show moving - Inconsistent releases -- Releases the first batch twice a week and then we don't hear anything for the next 6 months With that being said, I think I'm like most listeners and will give a show five episodes (and even more to a newly released show) before giving the ax for the above offenses. I certainly understand that any show is going to have growing pains and will experience the above offenses a few times. Above all, I encourage you to give it a shot. If you decide to move forward with the podcast, please post a link. I'm sure you pick a few listeners. Good luck! -Joel "The path to hell is paved with good intentions." I would like to do a Podcast with my Configuration Builders, which I mentioned previously. So I figured I would ask the WISE JEDI Pod Casters how to start. I am running OSX, and I would like to podcast to contain the screencast and my voice as I explain the config builder. So any advice would be great. Cody...
