first i download nmap-5.35dc1.tar.bz2 then i open this with with winrar then

then click on winpcap then go to x64
then there is msg like

rpcapd.exe-system error
the program can't start because packet .dll is missing from your computer.try
reinstalling the program to fix this problem,
then i try to
wincap-nmap.nsi.it is said program can't be open.

You are downloading the wrong file. You want to download the setup
program from http://nmap.org/dist/nmap-5.35DC1-setup.exe.

okay i also tell what procedure i follow step-2by after downloading nmap please
i want use nmap?thanx for reply earlier meassge.
