Accomplishments:

* Changed http-open-proxy to check for POST, HEAD and CONNECT
* Started developing http-open-proxy socks checkings

Priorities:

* Work out a way to deal with hex payloads in lua (it is very
important for finishing socks proxy discovery)
* Discuss a few doubts about SSL tests (mentioned below) with Fyodor
* Test SSL Support on Scripts
* Start developing spidering related code (scripts and libs)
