Took a quick look at the notes and noticed a mention of China's firewall
blocking telnet. I live in Shanghai and I'd be glad to help provide some
fingerprints if anyone is interested.

Thanks for your offer to help. The only thing I had to go on was what
was described in the blog entry which might just be a regular telnet
response from some router. If you get any telnet fingerprints within
China please submit them to the submitter as always:
