        you might look at Apple, HP, Sony, LG, Brown&Root, Citi, 
        Microsoft, BAE, Airbus, ING, etc...
        and consider why these folks would use the commodity
        internet to move around their corporate data.

        or perhaps you are modeling a different enterprise?
