(note: The Swedish government will probably not use the law to stop Internet. This law and other laws like it have made me understand that laws are not meant to be obeyed.)
Laws which are not enforced are dangerous laws, because they can then be used capriciously and/or for political ends. (Not an original insight, but an important fact nonetheless).
