Probably not, although the third party would have cause for action against anybody who was illegally intercepting the signal. See 47 USC 605(a). http://www4.law.cornell.edu/uscode/47/605.html And remember guys - 605(a) means *YOU* if you forget to sanitize those logfiles before posting them... ;)
