This might be changing (in the US), but I'm not sure how helpful it will be in UK or Norway. http://www.topclassactions.com/lawsuit-settlements/lawsuit-news/2633-zapposcom-loses-arbitration-bid-in-data-breach-class-action-lawsuit. Anyway, who wants to go to court and fight over the ability to litigate. It should be fundamental, and corporations should not be allowed to take it away. Its another failure of the politicians. I hope they choke on the bride money.
