If you can find a copy of IDA pro installed on any of my boxes I'll
freak.  I have yet to sit down and tinker with it yet...

If I'm not mistaken IDA pro is a debugger like SoftICE and the last
time I used a debugger, I debugged my Windoze and broke it.  I've been
a little slow to pick it back up since.  Though through time it is
inevitable that I will tinker again...  I just need to find the jar
that my balls fell into when I pulled that little stunt.  I know it's
around here somewhere...

Sad part is the patch that they are pushing out via their website
attempts to install itself via ActiveX.  As far as I know, doing it
that way, doesn't that mean that they are taking away our ability to
see what exactly they are doing to our machine when they "patch" it?
As there isn't an actual executable that can be taken apart and
analyzed?

Hey, if you can't fool a Web server and decompile the ActiveX control, we're
going to have to take away your copy of Ida Pro ...
