Perhaps we should be looking at/analysing the corruption, flaws, etc. in the
legal systems of various countries instead of gloating about various people
who are probably not malicious individuals being slammed by the system. This
sort of community used to be about freedoms, counter-culture, and that sort
of thing. Have we all forgotten our heritage?

Real computer security research of any sort is being demonized in the West
to the point that fewer and fewer youths are exploring it like they used to.
This is creating a very large deficit in our intellectual culture that puts
Western soceity at a serious disadvantage to the rest of the world,
especially with the hacktivism and general hacker interest that seems to be
proliferating in the Muslim world, the Eastern Block, and China.
