Ah yes, the C2 configuration assistant from NT4 Resource Kit, wherein you learn that C2 is only satisfied if * NT is the only OS installed on the box * The [VGA Mode] option is disabled * There is no floppy drive installed * There is no network connection Might have required NTFS, but it didn't address bootable CD-ROM drives for some reason.
<SNIP> Bootable CD-ROM Drive in 1993? This was when the C2 process started for NT 3.1. BIOS and even SCSI add-in cards didn't support CD Boot. NT 3.1, 3.5, 3.51 and the first Rev of 4.0 Didn't even boot from CD-Media. Remember making the three install disks? --Jer
