Security type service companies should ALWAYS be very interested in an
organization's business process since it directly relates to how security
policies(if there are any) are enforced in a particular organization. If
security type service company is not interested in the business process and
it relates to security, seek out a security type company that is, since it
will allow an organization to be thoroughly analyzed via its business model
down through its operational model.

Yes and no.

E & Y type firms are also interested in your business processes and how
that relates to security.

As a former E&Y employee I can state that the above statement is not true.

Heck, anyone who subscribes to rootshell.com could do the same
as E&Y.
