I think at the this point the responsible thing for EDUCAUSE to do is just cancel the  Security conference. Really 
can't see how much more deliberation needs to go on. Most Higher ED institution have limited travel and closed the 
campuses to large gatherings. WHO has just  labeled the Coronavirus a Pandemic to boot. Washington is a hot bed of 
infections. I don't get it?
