Note that Northwestern University and Northwestern Memorial Hospital are 2
different organizations that, while linked very closely in terms of joint
appointments for faculty, physical location, and collaboration, have very
different sets of policies and procedures for a bunch of different things.

It gets even more confusing when you bring doctors' private practices into
the mix, which are run through the Northwestern Medical Faculty Foundation
(a wholly owned subsidiary of the Northwestern University Feinberg School
of Medicine).  :):)
