"Official" retiree's (one's who actually made it to retirement) are
allowed to keep their email addresses if they choose. They are removed
from all distribution lists. Not a lot do choose to keep them as there
are so many free emails in the wild.

Subject: [SECURITY] Seperated Users Retaining Email Accounts

Hi All,

Do any of your schools allow separated (Retirement, resigned, etc.)
employees to retain their email accounts? Do you have any policies you
could share either way?

Thanks,
