IU School of Medicine has a CSO who reports to the CIO of the school.
Two people are full-time security - myself and my security analyst.
Additionally, we have approximately 35 department IT support personnel
who have as a secondary duty information security for their department.

Security office, where does it report, and how is it staffed? This would
