What? You've never seen a Google link to something that requires a userid/password
to access? ;)

But that's besides the point - in reality, the vast majority of your data is
of little to no interested to people multiple time zones away.  *However* -

How long do you think it would take for you to recover if you had a secret memo
to your boss regarding the impending but unannounced firing of 50% of your
co-workers, and you accidentally drag&dropped it in "That Folder" and one of
those 50% saw it pop up before you noticed?
