That is correct. To subscribe to the RESNET-L list, complete and submit the web
form at <http://listserv.nd.edu/cgi-bin/wa?SUBED1=resnet-l&A=1>. When you submit
the form, a confirmation request is sent to you by email and you must respond in
order to complete the subscription process.
