Citrix go2assist looks like it's going places.

We use it for customers over the Internet and it's fantastic, wouldn't use it internally (needs to talk to Citrix hq). It's still in beta until feb so you can check it out for free. Internally we use custom branded vnc software, although I'm interested in what other people are using...

Cheers

Subject: Remote Access solution

Hello everyone,

I started working as a technical customer support for a company who
has a lot of customers in the whole world. They are using PCAnywhere
for remote access, but sometimes it doesn't work.

My question is about what is the most reliable, secure software that
can support as well "Access Invitations" (Such as Microsoft's Remote
Assistant)?
What do big organizations use for remote access or remote management?

Your help is so much appreciated.
Best regards,

Simon
