Citrix go2assist looks like it's going places.We use it for customers over the Internet and it's fantastic, wouldn't use it internally (needs to talk to Citrix hq). It's still in beta until feb so you can check it out for free. Internally we use custom branded vnc software, although I'm interested in what other people are using...
