You can test http://www.teamviewer.com/index.aspx I had situations when I needed to connect from inside NAT to another PC behind another NAT and everything worked fine; never timed out or connection loss. They are using PCAnywhere for remote access, but sometimes it doesn't work. My question is about what is the most reliable, secure software that can support as well "Access Invitations" (Such as Microsoft's Remote Assistant)? What do big organizations use for remote access or remote management? Your help is so much appreciated. Best regards, Simon
