Andrea,

GPEN vs GCIH - It depends on your future employment.

If you want to understand penetration testing or will be managing
penetration testers then GPEN is for you. If you want to be an incident
handler, manage incident handlers or want to understand more about the
techniques used by hackers then GCIH is the best option.

So I think you really need to gauge your own skills/plans and then pick
the course that best reflects these.

Hi,
I have been looking closely at both of these classes. Although it
seems clear that the first is more a comprehensive overview while the
other might more specific, I really would like to hear what are your
thoughts about what class might be better to start with or what the
two might be better value for money/time spent.

Thanks in advance.

Andrea
