Check out http://www.itcinstitute.com/ucp/This is in Excel but is tabbed for easy viewing and you can get as many or as little comparisons of COBIT to ITIL to 17799 to PCI to HIPAA to whatever.Putting these into a database could make it harder to find the controls IMHO without the right kind of front end to make queries.
