I recommend *eraser* at sourcforge (http://sourceforge.net/projects/eraser/). Whilst not automatic, it will securely move and erase files, and will securely overwrite/erase the freespace on a mounted drive. I use it routinely. Note that USB flash drives have limited write-lives, so that multiple 35-pass wipes are not usually recommended. The eraser default is one pass with random data, which is often sufficient.
