Does the MSIA guides you to the CISSP, also how much time do you have to dedicate to the studies. For a person that 
works more than 8hrs a day I mean.

You *really*  don't need a MSIA to get a CISSP etc. CISSP covers a
wide variety of topics, but if you are in the field of eSecurity you
will find it easy. It is definitely not one of those exam which you
can pass by cramming the CISSP books
