When looking at a MS program in Information Assurance. I would consider two things. First, are they accredited and Second, are they one of the NSA's Centers of Academic Excellence.
For those reasons, I chose Capitol College and got an MS in Network Security, now MS in Information Assurance, they have since changed the name of the degree since I graduated.
Norwich University is also on the list. http://www.nsa.gov/ia/academia/caemap.cfm Sean Thompson, MSNS, CISSP, CBCP, NSA IAM/IEM, CEH, MCSE+Security
