hacked email account

My personal email provider records the IP address of every success and
failed log in.

An IP address tried to access my account on Thurs 27th April at 10.29am.
A quick check on www.ripe.net aroused my suspicions immediately when I
found out the ISP. Further checks on google revealed the IP address
seems to belong to a large organisation that knows me.

More extensive google searches revealed this IP address was regularly
and consistently left on a forum where this person was talking about a
major IT project that I am an extremely well known opponent too.

This person also left another IP address on the forum which again is
linked to another major organisation that knows me.

Is there anyway I can track when this IP was doing on a given day ( web
page visited etc) and preferably within a time scale???

I know I will need to get radius records but I want to investigate this
as far as possible myself. From what I have uncovered so far this
attempted log in is highly suspicious. I have discussed this in detail
with my email provider they too are of the same opinion.

I am based in the UK.

Ellie
