I haven't used some of the other products/distros mentioned, but I have
used Astaro (www.astaro.com). They have a free version for home use, but
I'm not sure if URL filtering is included. I think that's in the $100/yr
subscription, but the advantage of astaro for a lot of people is that
it's got a good gui front end, does automated updates, and is pretty
easy to manage.
