There are lot to learn in ethical hacking. There are a lot of course in ethical hacking.
As a starting point, one can start attending some of the courses like, SANS
certification, CEH (EC Council) or CPTP from NSS, Malaysia. 

Apart from this, internet is the best source for becoming hacker.
