yes, but only without installing any internet services (like COM Internet Services Proxy, Internet Authentication Service, QoS Administration Control Service, Simple TCP/IP Services, Side Server ILS Services, Indexing Service, Internet Information Service and Script Debugger).
which is a provable and repeatable world wide test of security.
One should read the related documents before repeating parriot-fashion everything Microsoft's marketing department publishes.
A FTP Server without any Internet Services is really hard to run. :-) -volker
