RE: Internet E-mail monitoring/approval

Well your company policy should be that ALL emails can and may be monitored.
(as they are for business use ONLY.)

After that, exchange has a setting to also send a copy to another account.
Simply setup a watch account and have a copy sent there. No info is sent to
user. I believe it is under "delivery" tab.
