Def NOT Win98.Just to add my 2 cents, you can do this with a 486 and any number of floppy-based or otherwise tiny linux distributions (and at least one BSD distribution, PicoBSD). Freesco, in my limited experience, is the easiest to set up, although comparatively not as secure as a linux/bsd router can be.
