TRANSUM Performance Improvements

Hi,

My colleague Jonathan has been looking at the performance of TRANSUM.  He's found that master has the performance 
improvements defined here https://code.wireshark.org/review/#/c/24506/ but 2.4.5 doesn't.  The 24506 change was merged 
into master back in November.  When will it appear in a Stable Release?
