Indeed the update URL (https://www.wireshark.org/update/0/Wireshark/2.4.2/Windows/x86-64/en-US/stable.xml 
<https://www.wireshark.org/update/0/Wireshark/2.4.2/Windows/x86-64/en-US/stable.xml>) points to 2.4.2.
It could do with an update itself.
